Beijing Office Open

Beijing, China November, 16, 2007: China Business Exchange, Inc, (“CBE”) today announced its opening of a new office in Beijing, China, to better meet the ever increasing needs of small and medium size business owners.

Founded in 2004, China Business Exchange combines an internet based listing platform with offline in person brokerage services giving entrepreneurs a complete solution to entering or exiting an existing business. CBE is China’s pioneer and leader in the area of online business and property listing services with (1) the greatest number of property listings, and (2) the highest website traffic in China. Headquartered in Shanghai, CBE has sales offices and distributors in 25 cities throughout China.

CBE’s opening of an office in Beijing was prompted by significant customer demand for CBE’s product and services. The new office, which includes sales, marketing and customer service specialists, will be CBE’s second physical office. The new office will allow CBE’s customers to save time and money in their search for qualified buyers or sellers of operating businesses or commercial properties in the Beijing area, and will increase the productivity of CBE’s clients in the real-estate industry. CBE has also announced plans to open additional office in Guangzhou in the very near future.

“The opening of CBE’s new Beijing office is a very important first step toward realizing our nationwide expansion goals,” said Allan Sirotkin, co-founder and CEO. “ adding “the new office will allow CBE to provide enhanced customer service and personalized support for both CBE’s existing clients and new clients in the Beijing area.

“The small business exchange market in China is booming, from less than 2 million transactions in 2001 to over 9 million transactions in 2006,” reported Johnston Zhook, CBE’s co-founder and General Manager, adding. “I’m proud that CBE has contributed to this enormous growth by establishing China’s first online listing platform.”
